She’s a talented make-up artist and founder of girlcrush.be, the first online beauty magazine of Belgium, I am talking about the colorfull and fun Crystal Die. I went to Antwerp to interview her and asked her about all her girlpower “secrets”.
Crystal and I met over brunch at Maurice, Coffee and Knits, and, since she brought her vlog camera, immediately started talking about the highs and lows of vlogging. (You can find her vlog of that week, inlcuding our meeting, here) She eleborates on how awkward it’s been to start vlogging in public. She thinks the best way to overcome that weirdness is to become besties with your camera by bringing it with you everywhere you go and just give a f*ck.
So, what’s not to love about Crystal! Her edgy style in combination with her sparkly personality make her stand out. Besides being an awesome make-up artist working on commercial and fashion projects, Crystal decided to spice up the Belgian blogosphere. With Girlcrush she wants to inspire us to get creative when it comes to wearing make-up. She shows us how to embrace color into our lives and be bold!
